Satisfaction Guarantee
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the $7 UPS return label charge if used).

Shipping
We ship via UPS to US addresses only. All in stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. If an item you order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Please note we cannot cover additional shipping costs incurred when sending a package abroad.

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping on all orders $200* and over

For all orders under $200* the following rates apply:

  • Standard Shipping UPS SurePost: $9.00
  • UPS Ground: $12.00
  • 2nd Day: $25.00

(*Merchandise total before tax)

Returns
Mail your item(s) using the included return label, and we'll simply deduct a flat fee of $7 from your order refund for return postage. If you choose to not use the included return label we will simply issue you a refund on the price of the shoes (minus the original shipping charges).

FREE Exchanges
Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold for you.

Puerto Rico
We are now shipping to Puerto Rico via UPS 2nd Day Air. All customers from Puerto Rico must choose the 2nd Day Air Flat rate shipping method for $25. At this time this is the only method available to customers in Puerto Rico.

International Shipping
