New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to use the enclosed pre-paid FedEx return label a fee of $7 will be deducted from the price of your shoes.

Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold for you.
