RETURNS
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to use the enclosed pre-paid FedEx return label a fee of $7 will be deducted from the price of your shoes.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and use the FREE pre-paid FedEx return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold for you.
HOW FAST WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Remember to add 2-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping time when calculating expected delivery date. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect. Jildor Shoes ships exclusively via FedEx. Typically, orders are shipped in 1-2 business days from date of your order. Our goal is to deliver 100% of our orders in 7 business days or less regardless of where in the U.S. you live, even with FedEx Standard Shipping service.
